New Hearing is an independently owned clinic allowing us to recommend different manufacturers and devices according to your needs. We're happy to arrange our clinician to discuss your particular circumstances over the phone before attending any clinical appointment.
With clinics in Newcastle and Moree we provide an efficient service using the best of modern technology. We like to take the time to understand and address your hearing needs so you’re getting a straightforward, good old fashioned service that will get you hearing better, feeling better and living better.

To be honest, most people people put off visiting a hearing clinic as much as we put off visiting a dentist. We know we might have issues, but we delay getting anything done for months or years- leaving a potential problem undiagnosed and unfixed for years- sometimes decades!

Not all hearing loss is the same- so it's important that we take the time to diagnose your results, explain your options and work toward immediate improvements in your day to day hearing life.
SERVICE OFFER
An hour long audiological assessment at New Hearing will give you all the results and explanations you need. If you’re unsure about hearing aids- we’re happy to let you trial a pair for up to a month without further obligation. (A refundable deposit of $350 prior to hearing aid trial is required to cover unforeseen events such as loss or damage beyond repair of the aids.)
If you have a Workcover claim for industrial hearing loss, most claims cover hearing aid replacements every 5 years- so don't miss out on important upgrades such as rechargeable battery hearing aids, remote control phone app and bluetooth connectivity to your mobile phone, computer and even television for absolutely crystal clear clarity.
We also take care of wax management as part of our Workcover hearing aid service- we know how much wax can interfere with hearing aids, so we will do a video otoscopy and give you advice on how to manage excessive cerumen (earwax). Non-workcover patients incur an $80 fee for this service.

- Earwax removal using ultra-modern micro-suction, LED loupe and video otoscopy techniques.
